MINGO COUNTY FIRE SCHOOL May 11, 12, and 13, 2012 Registration information *please COMPLETELY read the following before completing registration ***Online registration is available by clicking here.*** ** Everyone who pre-registers on-line or by mail no later than May 4th will be eligible for the door prize giveaway that once again will feature a 32” HDTV. However, walk-in registration will be accepted Friday evening and even up to Saturday morning. Please know that classes are filled on a “first come first serve basis”, and that the MCFCA reserves the right to cancel any class if unexpected circumstances occur. No refunds after April 30, 2012!** If you prefer to mail in your registration form, you can print out a hard copy here. If you plan on attending the fire school and you are under the age of 18, you must print out a parental release, have it signed by your parent or legal guardian, and present it upon arrival. The parental release can be printed here. * Picture ID will be requested upon arrival. ALL CLASSES BEGIN at 6:00 pm Friday and 9:00 am Saturday and Sunday ASSEMBLY BEGINS: 8:30 AM Saturday and Sunday CEU / LET Credits If you are taking a class that has been approved for CEU or LET credits, make sure you sign the roster and list your state certification number. SATURDAY EVENING COOK-OUT BASH Our reputation for providing the best fire school dinner is unmatched by anyone. However, we took a hit last year with the ribs being so late and kinda tuff at that. So this year we’re bringing in our ole buddy Hound Dog from Logan to come over and cook us a couple of hogs along with his special BBQ sauce right here on site. We want to make sure if the day’s training kicked your tail that the dinner will take the sting out of it a bit! The 32” HDTV along with drawings for door prizes provided by vendors will be conducted during dinner hour. After dinner entertainment will be provided by DJ Dairy Paige. You don’t want to miss this dinner, trust me!
